We take pride in delivering premium-quality products and a smooth, transparent customer experience.
Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

🛍️ Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Processing times may vary based on product availability, custom items, or order volume.
We’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the United States and select international destinations.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 2–4 business days
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🌍 International Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking updates may vary once packages leave the U.S.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, Amir Al Oud Bazaar / Palestinian Bazaar is not liable for delays or loss by couriers.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the courier directly to file a claim.
We’ll assist where possible, but refunds cannot be issued for items marked delivered.

💰 Refunds & Returns

We want every customer to love their order. However, because of the nature of our products (personal items, fragrances, apparel), our policy is strict but fair.

✅ Eligibility

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
Opened fragrances or oils cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrances, oils, attars
Worn or washed clothing
Clearance, bundle, or promotional items
Gift cards or digital downloads

🔁 Return Process

Email amiraloudbazaar@gmail.com with order number, item name, and reason.
Once approved, ship back using a trackable service.
After inspection, you’ll receive store credit or refund (minus shipping) within 7–10 business days.

📦 Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

❌ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
Email us immediately at amiraloudbazaar@gmail.com if changes are needed.

🧴 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
Contact amiraloudbazaar@gmail.com within 48 hours.
We’ll replace the product or issue store credit.

⚠️ Customer Responsibilities

Ensure shipping info is correct before checkout.
Review product details and descriptions before purchase.
Note: Scent preferences vary by person — body chemistry, storage, and batches can influence smell.

We do not accept returns based on personal scent preferences.

🏷️ Promotions & Discounts

Discounts can’t be combined unless stated.
Promo codes must be entered at checkout.
Sale and clearance items are final sale.

📦 Reshipments

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:

You’ll be notified via email.
Reshipping requires payment of new shipping fees.
Unclaimed orders after 30 days are considered abandoned.
